THE QUESTION
The rich soil derived from sensitive human cultivation over more than 150 years produces distinct characteristics in the wines, which are expressed through natural viticulture and winemaking techniques. How might these stories of provenance be expressed in the landscape, in ways that will invite people into experiencing and tasting the terroir of this special place?
THE OUTCOME
This master plan interweaves ecological restoration of native plants that thrive on climatic extremes, pockets of productive gardens and unique experiences.
